Global Bank is organised into six client-facing Regional Vice-Presidencies, and several corporate functions; and it is introducing 14 thematic Global Practices and 5 Cross-Cutting Practices to provide the best-in-class solutions to regional and country clients.

Members of Global Banks's Senior Management Team, identified in the Global Bank Disaster Risk Reduction and Reconstruction Fund – An Umbrella Trust Fund Website, have distinguished records in economic policymaking and or in other business disciplines at the very senior levels in both international organisations and the private sector.
