It is one year since Russia invaded Ukraine, and the conflict in Ukraine is still ongoing. Military and civilian deaths and injuries have been estimated in the hundreds of thousands on both sides, severely disrupted global food and energy supplies, and resulted in a severe refugee crisis, with over 14 million Ukrainians internally and externally displaced. The Ukraine crisis is the largest humanitarian crisis in Europe since World War II.
One year in, amid the ongoing destruction, humanitarian needs continue to rise ––– but resources are falling short. Help the GB-CERF provide assistance as people continue to seek shelter and safety in Ukraine and across the region.
GB-CERF endeavors to swiftly provide necessary assistance, by collaborating with international organizations, so that the people in the affected areas can overcome the hardships they are facing.
