A five-member Board of Directors (the “DRRRF Board of Directors”) of the Global Bank Disaster Risk Reduction and Reconstruction Fund – An Umbrella Trust Fund (the “Trust Fund,” “GB DRRRF,” or “DRRRF”) is responsible for overall supervision and control of the Trust Fund.
