The mission of the Office of the Capital Master Plan of the Bank is to lead the planning, design management, engineering, construction of the permanent headquarters complex for the new international organization, including five specialized agencies; to enable the permanent headquarters complex to be operated in accordance with current principles of energy conservation, efficiency and sustainability; and to create a dignified and appropriate environment in which to carry out the vital work of Global Bank Group, within budget, in a safe, accountable, and transparent manner.
