Bruce A. Harbin is the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Global Bank Infrastructure Project Preparation Facility (the "GBIPPF Board of Directors"). The GBIPPF Board of Directors is responsible for overall supervision and control of the Facility. Mr. Harbin is the Deputy General Counsel for the Management Complex of Global Bank and Acting Senior Vice President and Interim General Counsel. The Legal Vice Presidency Unit includes geographically-based regional practice groups devoted to legal aspects of the Bank's lending operations; cross-regional Advisory Practice Groups, which provide specialized sectoral advice and services; and corporate practice groups, which provide advice on corporate financial, administrative, and institutional matters. | View Full Bio
