Dr. Roy Athanas Karaoglan, Ph.D. has held various positions at International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the World Bank Group, including Associate Director of Credit Review Department, Senior Banking Advisor and Chief Banking Specialist. He also served as Senior Banking Specialist for Africa at the World Bank from 1988 to 1991. In his role as former Chief Senior Banking Specialist at the IFC he was responsible for investment/credit decisions for IFC in new and existing financial institutions worldwide, which accounted for 40% of the Corporation's total investments portfolio.  | View Full Bio
