Mr. Alfredo E. Pascual is a member of the Board of Directors of the Global Bank Infrastructure Project Preparation Facility (the "GBIPPF Board of Directors"). The GBIPPF Board of Directors is responsible for overall supervision and control of the Facility. Mr. Pascual is a Member of the International Advisory Board Council of Global Bank Group. Mr. Pascual worked at the Asia Development Bank (ADB) for 19 years until 2008 occupying various positions including Director of Private Sector Operations, Director of Infrastructure Finance and Advisor for Public-Private Partnership. Prior to joining Global Bank, Mr. Pascual was an educator and served as the 20th President of the University of the Philippines (U.P.), the country’s national university. He assumed the position in February 2011 for a term of six years. Mr. Pascual was the President of the University of the Philippines Alumni Association and a member of the University of the Philippines Board of Regents at the time of his election as University of the Philippines President. | View Full Bio
