Mr. Walter E. Gaskin is the Managing Director in Charge of the Operation Management Complex of Global Bank. Prior to assuming the position with Global Bank, Lieutenant General, Gaskin was the Deputy/Acting Chairman, NATO Military Committee, Brussels, Belgium, March 22, 2010 – September 20, 2013. Mr. Gaskin served as the Commanding General of the 2nd Marine Division at Camp Lejeune, NC, June 2006 – July 2008. Mr. Gaskin retired from the United States Marines Corps on November 1, 2013 having completed 39 years of service. Mr. Gaskin has received numerous awards during his distinguished career.
