Mr. Alan F. Gill is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Global Bank Infrastructure Project Preparation Facility (the "GBIPPF Board of Directors"). The GBIPPF Board of Directors is responsible for overall supervision and control of the Facility. Mr. Gill is an Acting Chief Financial Officer for Global Bank Group with over all responsibility for the Bank-Wide management and oversight of all aspects of financial management at the World Headquarters, Regional Headquarters, Regional Hubs, Resident Missions, Funds and Programmes. Mr. Gill responsibilities includes oversight on accounting and financial controls, risk management, strategic sourcing, compliance, payroll coordination and long range financial planning.
